About the event
Join us in raising our vibrational energy in a safe, nurturing and healing space. Paul is a Sound Healer, Reiki Master and Yoga Instructor practicing in and around the 518!
We will start with short intros, and then be emersed in the sounds of her singing bowls, chimes, drums and other instruments. Paul will welcome us back from our meditation and invite us each to share any thoughts, fellings or affirmations that we may have.
